FAQ

Common Questions.

Answers about our services, process, service area, and what working with Yellow Cat Systems actually looks like.

General

Both. Some clients need a one-time setup or migration — others want a reliable IT contact on retainer. We'll figure out what makes sense for your business and put it in writing.

Response times are defined in your service agreement and depend on the support level you choose. Just call or email us — we track and manage the work on our end so you never have to navigate a portal or submit a form.

Absolutely. We're not here to rip and replace what's working. We'll evaluate your current setup and only recommend changes that genuinely improve your situation.

We maintain relationships with trusted local technicians and can bring in additional hands for larger deployments. You still have one point of contact — we manage the rest.

That's one of the most common first projects we take on. Whether you're switching email providers, moving to Microsoft 365, replacing aging hardware, or just getting out from under a bad vendor relationship — we handle the transition so your business stays running.

Websites

Yes. We build modern small-business websites, landing pages, service pages, portfolio sections, quote forms, booking request flows, and simple business systems. We can also help with domains, Cloudflare hosting, analytics, Search Console, privacy pages, and launch cleanup.

Yes. A common first project is cleaning up messy domains, DNS, email records, hosting, old websites, broken forms, and scattered logins. We document what exists, stabilize the important pieces, and then recommend the cleanest path forward.

IT Support

We offer HIPAA-aware IT support for medical and dental offices. We're familiar with HIPAA obligations for IT environments and will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before touching any systems that handle patient data. We define scope clearly upfront so there are no surprises.

Service Area

We're based in Brevard County and primarily serve the Space Coast — Melbourne, Cocoa, Titusville, Palm Bay, and surrounding areas. Remote support is available for clients outside that range.

Industries

Yes. We support restaurants with POS setup, guest Wi-Fi networks, back-office computers, and the networking your front-of-house depends on. If your tech goes down during a dinner rush, that's a real emergency — we take it seriously.
