I've been building computers since I was 10 years old — my dad used to bring home leftover parts from work, and I never stopped tinkering. 15 years of professional IT later, I started Yellow Cat Systems to bring real, hands-on IT support to small businesses that deserve better than a call center and a ticket number.

My secret sauce? I don't fit the IT guy stereotype. I can sit across from a factory floor supervisor or a small business owner and explain what's happening with their systems in plain English — whatever analogy it takes. Half my career has been walking into a mess and untangling the knot. That's what I do best.
